The OASG PodcastShow Notes

0:00: Otakon happened! Meeting TheOASG staff happened! Helen, Manjiorin, and Justin all met, though let’s just say Justin has the best story on how he met with Helen. Note: it was a very short meeting!

The two also get into Otakon, meeting Manjiorin, why they decided to do a group eat at Chipotle, and more, which means thoughts on industry panels, space, and the artist alley incident. Also Helen shares her thoughts in voice form on Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution 1 (Here’s her written version).

33:20: Justin and Helen talk about Daisuki, which is shutting down. (Krystallina covered that).

35:00: Justin and Helen then also talked about FUNimation meeting Sony and having a relationship. (Krystallina also covered that). We also talked a bit about Anime News Network’s crazy situation that happened before Otakon. We then talk about Aria getting kickstarted for a dub.

40:00: We get into a big Netflix discussion since they made waves. Big waves, from their own original titles to them licensing Violet Evergarden.

47:43: Cross Infinite World licensed during the first of Otakon that they licensed Obsessions of an Otome Gamer.
