It's Not My Fault TheOASG Podcast is Not Popular!

Show Notes

0:00: Justin and Helen actually discuss what they’ve been up to over the past two weeks! Well, aside from being busy with work, as Helen talks about watching the first two episodes of the TWEWY anime, while Justin doesn’t explain how he was able to read 11 volumes of How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom in the last two weeks. Oh, but he does explain his continued Bookworm obsession now that he’s reading Part 3!

Pandemic News

14:29: Japan is now in another State of Emergency, which is now resulting in the following titles being delayed:

34:15: Some sad news to report: ParaKiss and BECK director Osamu Koyabashi passed away at 57, and we send our condolences to his family and friends.

Weird News

47:41: We have a chance to see some WWE wrestlers in anime form…on Crunchyroll! WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan confirmed in a podcast that they did sell a multi-episode series to CR, so yes, it’s finally going to happen, and there’s certainly people who will love to see this.

48:20: Some neat news in the weird section: Demon Slayer Mugen Train ads on the Metro Rail in LA. Now some bad business news that’s weird: the film being briefly available on the PlayStation Store. The hosts can only fear the worst regarding whoever accidentally made it available then.

51:47: An episode of the new season of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord has VTuber Pekora in the background of that episode. Ok, more look-a-like than anything, but this did not make the ones managing Pekora pleased, and the production committee for the anime did make an apology regarding this.

53:08: Meanwhile while that was an unofficial debut, Sagiri from Zombieland Saga made an official VTuber debut, which gets the two hosts to question how this has suddenly exploded in popularity.

54:58: It finally happened. All 1,000 units of The Legend of The Galactic Heroes Premium Box Set…has been bought. The two hosts have already figured out how this happened!
