13:06: The two then get into the news, starting with a major story a while ago, but was still developing. This involves a stalker and a fire that broke out at Anime Los Angeles.

15:56: Infinite Dendrogram got it all — an anime announcement AND the announcement that J-Novel Club would release it in print.

17:55: In/Spectre was announced to get an anime, which pleases Helen a lot.

19:35: Rumiko Takahashi recently won the Grand Prix d’Angoulême at the 46th Angoulême International Comics Festival, which is a big honor.

21:45: Bloom Into You is getting a stage play, which Helen is very excited for.

22:45: What Did You Eat Yesterday? by Fumi Yoshinaga’s receiving a live-action adaptation.

24:36: Yep, you will be put in jail for piracy, which 3 administrators of a leech site will be dealing with as the ruling has come down for them.

28:02: Finally, in a small piece of news that could be big, Media Do acquired MyAnimeList, which could shape how manga will go on the site, or something potentially bigger.

Licensing News

32:24: Finally, A Silent Voice has been licensed for home release. Took so long even Eleven Arts had to make a note of it!

33:23: VIZ announced they will be releasing more Dragon Ball, this time in art book form.

33:56: They announced it the next day, but Dark Horse will release Star Blazers 2199 in the summer.

35:20: Fanfare will be releasing a new Jiro Taniguchi manga, Sky Hawk.

Weird News

36:42: Yay, an influenza event!…This is on brand for Cells at Work!, but not…something one wants to get.

37:29: Michael B Jordan loves anime…with the premiere of gen:LOCK, he got to discussing more about it in this video.

39:42: Naomi Osaka’s a huge star in the Tennis world right now, so what Nissin just did is not recommended.

42:40: Evgenia Medvedeva and Alina Zagitova, two skaters who happen to be great at that, recently had a promotion involving them and the Madoka Magica series.

43:50: Finally, the podcast ends with the two discussing Marchen Madchen….which we all know has had massive troubles, but the last two episodes are delayed again. So yeah. Not good.
