52:40: Blue Thermal will see a BD and digital release March 14; The Kaguya-sama film will be in theaters for 2 days only next week.
Weird News
53:20: Tokyo Olympic shenanigans and ANN Ad shenanigans occurred around this time. (Dentsu officials admitted to rigging the bidding for contracts related to the event)
54:35: Netflix and Wit Studio is producing an anime short called The Dog & The Boy, which will be notable for the use of AI and the reason why they’re doing it too…all of that makes it land here!
56:04: Justin and Helen discuss a series of burglaries occurring in Japan where a person or group of persons are using the alias Luffy for whatever reason.
57:35: And in final bit of weird news, the Harry Potter creator ended up comparing the Zombie Land Saga TERF meme (involving Lily) to anti-suffragist art, which is exactly something anime fans could’ve totally seen coming…somehow!
